San Ignacio University (USIL) held the 5th International Congress Design as an Agent of Change, Design for an Optimistic World. The event was held by the USIL Department of Art and Media from September 17th through 22nd, and Tashakori was one of the invited guests in 2018. 

She managed a workshop about book cover design in which each student designed one book cover in a series of poetry books. 

Tashakori delivered a lecture at USIL, during which she shared insights from three significant periods of her professional journey.
